A guided, on-site retreat for women navigating a new chapter. Restoration first. Navigation next. All with someone in your corner.

You come with “What now?” and leave knowing more about what matters, where you want to put your energy, and the first moves you want to make.

The retreat creates enough distance from your normal roles, routines, and expectations to hear yourself again, reconnect with what matters, and begin deciding what you want to do with it before you head home.

What makes this different?

This isn't a standalone inspirational weekend. It's not therapy, and it's not a yoga-and-journal escape. The setting is quiet on purpose. It’s distance from the noise makes it easier to hear yourself, but the setting isn't the point. The point is renewed connection to what matters, a direction worth pursuing, and real movement toward it. You'll leave with language for what matters, a direction you can name, and first moves you can actually make.

Who it’s for

This retreat is for women who feel the strain of too many priorities and not enough clarity. You don't need to know exactly what's off, just that something needs to shift.

It's an especially good fit for emerging leaders ready to grow into more and empty-nest moms with time and energy they haven't had in years. You don't need a title, a business, or a five-year plan to belong here.

What you gain

  • Clarity of purpose: reconnecting to your values, strengths, and direction.

  • Renewed presence: space to breathe, reset, and lead with intention.

  • Sustainable practices: rhythms that support clarity and momentum after you're home.

  • Stronger alignment: a clearer sense of how you want to move forward.

  • A grounded leadership identity: confidence rooted in purpose, not pressure.
