The Method: From Purpose to Progress
Restoration reveals what matters. Navigation helps you do something about it.
Purpose here isn't one grand calling you have to discover. It's the intersection of your strengths, what you value, what matters enough to pursue, and where you want to put your energy now. Progress is what happens when what matters begins to change how you make decisions, speak up, set goals, spend your time, lead, and move forward. Purpose in Progress isn't about finding the perfect answer. It's about putting what matters into motion. Purpose is what matters. Progress is what you do about it.
Phase I - Restoration
Step out of the noise, reconnect with your strengths and values, hear your own voice, and recognize what matters now. This is where the retreat begins its work, by creating enough distance to hear yourself again.
Phase II - Navigation
Create meaningful, purposeful movement you can see in your decisions, conversations, goals, confidence, and daily life. The retreat begins navigation; coaching is where it deepens and follows through.
Two parts, not two steps in a straight line
Restoration and Navigation work together, and you can move back and forth between them as needed. The retreat works through restoration and begins navigation. 1:1 coaching deepens navigation and follow-through. And when the work turns out to belong to a whole team, the same way of thinking can be applied to shared challenges.
What makes this approach different?
It connects reflection to follow-through
Women leave with stronger focus, language for what matters, a direction they can name, and first moves they can make… not just a good feeling that fades.
It's led from your corner
My job isn't to be the guru at the front of the room. It's to see what you're capable of, reflect your strengths back to you, help you trust your own voice, encourage the move, and stay close enough to help you make it.
It's practical enough for real life
The work leads somewhere tangible: decisions, conversations, goals, experiments, calendar changes, boundaries, and next moves. The measure isn't whether you had an insightful weekend. It's whether something begins to change because of what you discovered.
