Who this is for
For women who know something is shifting and want to be intentional about what they do with the chapter ahead. It’s for emerging leaders growing into more, women in a chapter change, and empty-nest women with room for something new.
Still not sure it’s for you? I’ll send you a free self-assessment to help you find out where you’re actually stuck.
Recognizing what matters is one thing. Doing something about it is another.
Most of us don't need another weekend of reflection that fades by Monday. You need room to hear yourself again, confidence in what you already bring, a direction you can actually act on, and someone beside you while you move. That's the whole idea here: restoration reveals what matters, and navigation turns it into progress. This is about moving forward.
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
Room to think about what matters now
Step outside the roles, expectations, and noise long enough to recognize what deserves your time and energy in this chapter. You will find room to be still and reflect.
More confidence in your strengths, voice, and decisions
Trust what you bring, put words around what you want, and make decisions without waiting for permission or complete certainty. You will leave with tangible next steps and confidence in yourself.
A direction that feels purposeful and practical
Turn reflection into goals, conversations, boundaries, experiments, and next moves that make sense in your real life. You will leaving feeling “less stuck” than you arrived.
Someone in your corner as you turn intention into progress
Get the perspective, encouragement, challenge, and accountability to follow through, adjust when needed, and keep moving. You will leave with an accountability partner in me and a network of other attendees.
HOW IT WORKS
Restoration → Navigation. The retreat gives you room to identify what matters. Coaching helps you keep moving toward it when real life starts again.
A word from Jessica.
You can be capable and accomplished and still need someone to remind you what you bring to the room. I spent more than twenty years leading enterprise communications and teams. The part I loved most was helping people recognize their strengths and move toward what mattered. Then my own chapter ended, and I turned that work toward myself. That's where Purpose in Progress comes from.
You don't need a perfect plan. You need a direction you can act on.
