Turn what matters into progress, with someone in your corner.
Coaching is where intention meets real life, and where a direction becomes decisions, conversations, and steady movement.
You bring the goal, question, transition or direction…
I’ll help you turn it into decisions, conversations, experiments, and steady movement. Then, I’ll stay in your corner as you learn, adjust, and keep going.
The retreat helps you recognize what matters and decide where you want to go. Coaching gives you someone in your corner as you put it into practice, navigate the real-life obstacles, and keep making progress.
Because real life is exactly where good intentions meet friction: confidence, schedules, workplace dynamics, other people's expectations, hard conversations, competing priorities, and plans that need to change. Coaching is built for that part. Not the tidy version, the actual one.

The decisions in front of you, and the ones you keep circling
The conversations worth having, and how you want to have them
Goals and experiments that fit your real calendar
Boundaries, scripts, and next moves that survive a busy week
Confidence in what you bring and follow-through when it wobbles
Course-correcting when circumstances change, without losing the thread

Coaching typically runs over [3–6 months], with regular 1:1 sessions and support between them. We build leadership rhythms and communication habits, keep you accountable, and put simple systems in place so clarity is sustainable, not something you have to rediscover every few weeks.

No. The retreat is the front door I recommend, but it isn't a prerequisite. If you already know the question, goal, or transition you want help navigating, coaching can stand on its own and start right there.
You don't have to figure it out alone. Let's put what matters into motion.
