Fill in a few details and you’re on the list. When dates and pricing are set, you’ll be the first to know. You’ll have first pick of spots and time to think about it. Being on the list doesn’t commit you to anything, and I don’t share your information with anyone.

Your questions, answered.

  • No. It puts you first in line and gets you the details before they're public. That's the whole deal.

  • Pricing is still being set. I want the number to reflect what's actually included, and I'm still finalizing that. The list gets the price before the site does, along with a window to decide.

  • The first one is planned for Abingdon, Va. If travel is the deciding factor for you, please say so on the form. I'm watching where people are coming from and it will shape where I run the next ones.

  • Yes. Plenty of leadership development budgets cover exactly this. Tell me on the form and I'll send you a one-page summary you can forward to whoever approves it, plus an invoice that will make your finance team happy.

  • Stay on the list. You'll keep first access to the next one, and if enough people land on the same conflict, that tells me something useful.

  • No. It's clarity work where we will focus on strengths, values, direction, and what you do next. It can be restorative, but it isn't clinical. If what you need right now is therapeutic support, that's a good and different thing, and I’d say so.

  • No more than twelve. Small enough that you’ll be known by the end of the first hour.
